YOU have an opportunity to speak out on the water court process!  Please exercise your opportunity.
We cuss it and discuss it - our frustrations with Colorado's water court process.  Now, a review committee has been established as a subcommittee of the Colorado Supreme Court.  Please WEIGH IN!!

There are two ways to speak up:
1) Write about your experiences.  Send them to: robert.mccallum@judicial.state.co.us  I attended the Public Input Meeting at the Colorado Judicial Building in Denver on Wednesday.  In my opinion, the most impactful input of the meeting came from Harry Strohauer, a Weld County producer.  His statement and a list of all who provided statements that day are attached. 
2) Respond to the survey.  It is expected to be available soon, but will have a very short window - about a week - in which to respond.  We'll try to make sure you know of it as soon as it is available.
