With your help in 2008,
Colorado Corn will do more
to represent you at the legislature,
will do more to financially
support pro-farm legislators
and will communicate the
important role of agriculture
to the 98% of Coloradoans
who have lost their tie to
the farm.
We know rising fuel prices
have become one of the biggest
problems in the farming community.
This legislative session
Colorado Corn’s primary
goal will be to preserve
and enhance the role of ethanol,
along with protecting the
rights of surface owners.
These are just a couple of
issues Colorado Corn’s
legislative program is focused
on.
As planting season approaches
we know that input and commodity
prices will influence your
decisions. We hope that one
of those decisions will be
a membership in the Colorado
Corn Growers Association.
Our work at Colorado Corn
is done by dedicated board
members, but we cannot do
it alone. We need your support,
and especially your membership
to keep the CCGA a strong
and frequent contributor
to public debate in the legislature
and the press.
