Ag Industry Awards Presented to State Leaders
Brandon Shaffer, Colorado Senate President, and Representative Jerry Sonnenberg, Chairman of the House Ag Committee and Sterling Colorado farmer, received the 2010 Legislator of the Year Award from the Colorado Corn Growers Association (CCGA), for their outstanding support of agriculture in the 2010 legislative session. Don Ament of Iliff was also awarded the Amicus – Friend of Agriculture Award in recognition of his commitment to preserving Colorado’s rural communities through his work to protect agricultural water resources.

This legendary comedy revue literally set the stage for comedians such as John Belushi and Glida Radner.
